AM4378: IBIS model error

Hi,

We are using AM4378BZDNA100S in the design. Please provide solutions for the following queries regarding IBIS model of AM4378BZDNA100S

1)The IBIS model is showing error when checked with Hyperlynx Visual IBIS editor (Check syntax(Committee parser)). The error pdf is attached.IBIS error.pdf

2) We are simulating for MII interface. As per IBIS, MII interface models are available in model selector 10. In model selector 10, we are having model 69-model 92. How to select the models for the particular pins? Please explain the following terms available in the model

a)FAST/SLOW - IBIS already contains fast,slow,typ case in the model. Why specifically fast/slow is given?

b)IND

c)What does 5%, 10% indicates?

d)BC40D_H_PUPDOFF_5P_!SC1_3P3 -

What does 5P/10P indicates?

What does SC1_3P3 indicates?

What does BC40D_H indicates?

Pls send me the email of the TI FAE you are working with so I can share with them an updated IBIS model for AM437x with RLC values and other issues that were fixed. The file is too large to attach here.

I will also check on your other queries and get back with answers.

Fast -> no slew control(SC1=0)

Slow -> slew control enabled(SC1=1).

No idea. Please clarify what is the question.

Slew control in 3p3v mode. SC1_1P8 -> slew control in 1.8v mode

Hi Shriram,

I received the IBIS model. Thanks for your support.

When checked the syntax of latest IBIS model with Hyperlynx parser and committee parser, it is showing some warnings and cautions but no error. I have attached the pdf here

Also, we are using DP83620 which connects with this Processor. The IBIS model of DP83620 is showing warnings and cautions when checked with committee parser.
