When EMIF_DLL_GCLK is disabled (Disable), for example, if the temperature evaluation of min/typ/max is performed during the production tests and there is no problem in operation, will no problem event occur (for the evaluation target) in the field?
If EMIF_DLL_GCLK is disabled, we would like to see if there is a way to detect the problem in the evaluation.
