I hope you are referring to Processor SDK for AM335x. I have checked Processor SDK RTOS AM335x 06.03.00.106 public release available at https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X and found PRU-ICSS dual emac source code available at \pdk_am335x_1_0_17\packages\ti\drv\icss_emac\firmware\icss_dualemac\src.
