OMAP-L138: Setting Up Build Environment for meta-arago issue

Part Number: OMAP-L138

Hi,

I am trying to setup the yocto (thud) build environment for OMAP LI38 custom board. I have referred the below link for setting up the same.

software-dl.ti.com/.../Overview_Building_the_SDK.html

The command which I used to build is as follows

$ cd build
$ . conf/setenv
$ export TOOLCHAIN_PATH_ARMV7=$HOME/gcc-arm-8.3-2019.03-x86_64-arm-linux-gnueabihf
$ export TOOLCHAIN_PATH_ARMV8=$HOME/gcc-arm-8.3-2019.03-x86_64-aarch64-linux-gnu
$ MACHINE=omapl138-lcdk bitbake arago-base-ti-sdk-image

But My build is hanged in parsing reciepes.

I am using Ubuntu 16.04 host PC for the build.

Please let me know the soultion for the build issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Sharmila D
