I am looking for RAD HARD memory (DRAM 16M, 3.3V, SDRAM 1Mx16, 143Mhz - similar to ISSI : S42S16100H-7BLI)

Unfortunately TI does not offer memory devices (Rad hard or not).

Actually I fount the part I needed.

I have not found the QSPI Flash nor the SDRAM

I did not see that you were looking for power components, only memory.

Glad you found it. Coincidentally, I support that rad hard LDO.
