According to the KeyStone Architecture Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) User Guide, spi can support 3-pin mode and 4-pin mode, we now use TMS320C6654 to do dsp algorithm processing, need spi interface to control external adc module, c6654 can support 3-pin mode, 4-pin mode is also supported, is this correct?

yes the Keystone Architecture Serial Peripheral Interface user guide applies to all C66x and K2X devices as all of them have the same SPI interface. The 3-pin and 4 pinmode is supported on C6654s so there should be no issues following the user guide for implementing this interface on C665x. Hope that helps clarify.
