1、2-port 1GB Ethernet MAC is connected with two 100M Ethernet PHY dp83848, can it work normally?

2、Is there a reference design including software routine and hardware reference design?

    Hello,

    1: Yes. the AM335x MAC supports MII, RMII, and RGMII. In this case the DP83848 also supports both MII and RMII at 100Mb/s.

    2: I'm not aware of a reference design for this specific PHY+AM335x but there are many designs available that utilize MII. For example the AM335x EVM implements MII in connecting to a different (AR8031) PHY.
