CCSTUDIO: Install failed with windows blue screen

Hi Experts,

My customer was going to install CCS9.1.0.00010 and it failed with windows blue screen and PC was shutdown automatically.

Windows 7 

64bit

8GB

Do you have any idea how we can install? We can share the log file in off-line.

    Also, please note that CCS 9.1.0 is fairly old. Is there any particular reason that the customer wishes to install this old version?
