Hello,

If you open the datasheet under "packaging information", second page from last, the comment on the eco plan and the column on lead ball finish, it says to call TI. Do you have the information you can share regarding the finish and eco plan?

This appears to be an error in the data entered for the datasheet. The packaging characteristics for all of the ZWT package part numbers is the same, so you can refer to one of the other ZWT part numbers as a reference. This will be corrected in the datasheet.
