AM6548: Protocol Stack in MCUSW

I want to do CAN communication using MCUSW(MCAL ver.4.3.1) in the environment of AM6548.

Could you tell me if SAE J1939 is supported by the protocol stack in MCUSW?

Hi Naoya Kimura,

Classic CAN and CAN-FD are supported on AM6548.

Can you provide me more details on what you are looking for? An existing SDK example?

I would like to use SAE J1939 for CAN communication.

Could you please tell me if SAE J1939 is supported in the protocol stack in MCUSW?

If SAE J1939 is supported, could you please tell me if there is a sample program of SAE J1939?

Hi Naoya Kimura,

From my understanding, SAE J1939 is a higher layer protocol on top of the CAN (ISO 11898-1 and 2).

The MCUSW from TI has demos for CAN (ISO 11898-1 and 2) but not for the SAE J1939.
