TSIF Speed Limitations

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows the practical speed limitations of the TSIF Module.  I know the data speed is driven by an external clock, but what speed can be used and still achieve reliable data transfer.  I am only interested in receiving data from the TSIF.
