error when loading volume1.out file

I followed the step by step  tutorial given in the help 

i got this :

 

Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0x2c00 on Page 0 of Length 0x200: Error 0x00000002/-1190 Error during: Memory,  The DTDMA memory request is not serviced by the HW memory system.  This could be caused by the memory address specified does not exist in the specified  memory/cache level.    Sequence ID: 70 Error Code: -1190 Error Class: 0x00000002

please help
