Hi
I am using H.264 baseline encoder for DM648. I am trying to set the frame rate to 1fps but it does not seem to work. VLC keep giving the following output warning. It seems to be fine up to 3fps but anything below that I do not get any video. Can you please let me know if there are any limitations?
