Hi ,all

I am using the OMAP3530 development playform. Board resources include :

1. CPU: OMAP3530

2. Memory: HYHOSQOMF3P-5L60E-C, include 1Gb NAND flash and 1Gb mDDR.

What about the X-loader and Uboot's transplantation document where can be downloaded?

I am a novice , thanks for your help!!!

Please provide full reference of the evaluation board you are using, these characteristics can be very different from one board to another.

While each OMAP3530 development board's resources are different , but i think i can create my own X-Loader and uboot , refer to your transplatation documents provided.

Is it a OMAP3530 EVM board from TI? Is it a BeagleBoard? Is it a LogicPD ZOOM board? Each board has its own way of flashing bootloaders into NAND (if that's what you mean by "transplantation"), so it would help to know which board you are using.

Hello Michael,

Here is a link to the OMAP35x PSP UserGuide. It has sections on x-loader and u-boot and discusses how to compile and flash them.

Sorry, i do not describe my mind. "transplantation" means reference documents when transplantation x-loader、uboot and linux-kernel. for example, Through the portable document, i can create a bootloader for my development board. Finally, i can download bootloader into the NandFlash. Do you know my mind this time?

I hanve read this document, learn a lot. However, the document is simple a little.

For example, I want to change X-Loader of the print information through serial port 3, How can i do?

For example, in the document,

$ make CROSS_COMPILE=arm-none-linux-gnueabi- ARCH=arm omap3evm_config

It reads the configuration for OMAP3 EVM directly, but i want to build the source of X-Loader and create "x-loader.bin". Finally , download the binary into NandFlash.

Do you understand my mind? In short, i want to get a detailed document .

In accordance with the description of the document , i have to make "x-loader.bin" and "u-boot.bin" for my development board.
