I found the TI PCIe vendor ID is 0x104C. However, I'm not able to find the corresponding device ID. The PCIe user guide says to look in the data manuak but it's not listed in there.
31-16 DEVICE_ID PCIe Device ID. Writable from internal bus interface. See the device-specific data sheet for the value.
