The evaluation board contains a DDR3 memory of Micron MT41J128M16JT-125 but I joined a project which develops a board for automotive temperatures and Micron MT41K128M16JT-125 IT (DDR3L) has the same pinout and could be used with 1.5V too and with TPS65910A3A1RSL. Are you familiar with such DDR3L chips if they could be used with the same timings as currently is working with DDR3 in the evaluation board? Or is this something which should be investigated in a proto round?
