Hi,
I'm searching for a beagleboad like system with a Firewire controller. Is there anyone out there? If not perhaps a board with an pci adapter, so that I can easily connect a comercial firewire module. Any hint is welcome.

I have never seen any firewire-enabled ARM based board and PCI adapters on such boards are rather rare as well (although you might find some CPUs that allow using their external memory bus as a PCMCIA port). You might want to look around for Firewire bridges that you could plug to one of the OMAP interface (for instance : USB, SDIO, Memory bus, etc...) if you're going with a BeagleBoard.
Hi.
do you have a recommandation for a bridge, that can be driven with linux (beagle) with only minor software adaptions?
