Hi,

Does Anyone knwo if DM8148/DM8168 DDR3 interface can be connected to COTS DDR3 memory module, or can be connected to DDR3 chips only? Thank you.

    I don't believe this is possible since all the COTS modules I have found are 64 bit interfaces.

    The DM8148 has two 32 bit interfaces which, whilst they can be combined into a single memory region, still require their own address ans control channels.
