TDA4VM: TDA4VM: YUV422-8bit sensor in TDA4 platform

Hi donny,

it seems the msb bits are missing. are you sure the output is stored in 8bit format? can you share the output image?

I think there was a bug in the patch, it was using raw image for yuv422 data, but it should use vx_image for this data. have you taken care of this change?

I was talking about below change. Instead of raw_image, please use image. can you please try with this change?

Can you give me the patch about YUV on the basis of psdk_rtos_auto_j7_06_02_00_21?

Are you using multi-cam example with the patch applied? Can you pls set is_yuv_capture flag to 1 in app_set_cfg_default API? 

Also is the test.yuv, you have shared earlier, save from capture? If not, can you pls save it from capture node and share it again?

Hi Donny,

Could you please check if sensor is outputting in 8bit YUV422 format? Because if it is more than 8bits, then output will not be correct. 

We had tested this patch with other sensors, it has worked fine. So i am wondering if this is something to do in your sensor.

Thank you for your help, This problem has been solved.

Since the problem of the 4k (3840*1920) camera was solved last time, In the function CsirxDrv_coreInit：

instObj[instCnt].cslObj.strmCfgParams.numPixels = 1U;

Change back : instObj[instCnt].cslObj.strmCfgParams.numPixels = 0U; 

YUV image is already normal;

When numPixels=1U, is there any other way to change?
