how to know the silicon revision ? my device does not match sprz294d.pdf!

ti provides sprz294d.pdf , we can read the device marking from the document (PAGE 6).

BUT my device's marking is like this:

DM365ZCE30

09A659W

570 G1

is the silicon revision A(1.1) ?

I am not sure whether it is different from what the document says. could you give me an advice?

Hi Liu Yaojin,

As per the page-6 of sprz294d.pdf, TMS320DM365ZCE30 is the Silicon Revision 1.2.

It should not be the device revision A or B as it is blank in the x position of DM365xZCE30.
