I try to program u-boot to PoP nand memory on OMAP3530 using the utility software (Downloadutility.exe).

The memory is hynix product.

When trying it, the tool gives a message (Please check Switch(SW4) settings according to the flash type).

Is this tool available for hynix nand with setting SW4 correctly ?

If possible, where can i find the correct settings for hynix memory ?

hello,

You should be able to flash the a hynix NAND with our flash tool. SW4 is the boot option switch. Make sure you have the proper switch settings for NAND.

Let me confirm my understanding.

"our flash tool" you said is "Flash v1.x".

And then the help tool to find the proper SDRC settings for the particular memory, such as hynix memory, is available.

Is that right ?

you are welcome.

Yes Flash v1.x is what I was refering to. On the SDRC settings there is a calc tool that is a .xls file which you can take the particular memory you are working with and plug in the values from the memory data sheet to get the SDRC AC timing settings.
