TDA4VM: Whether can we provide the height tolerance of TD4VM?

our customer want to know the height tolerance of TDA4VM ALF package.

The datasheet just provide the max height is 2.8mm. Customer want to know the minimum height of TDA4VM.

Hi Team:

Test many samples the average 2.61mm and max value follow datasheet is 2.8mm and minus follow thermal module is 2.41mm.

Sorry that make mistake. the minus value of Height is 2.46 mm for TDA4VM.

Tao, Your measurements and calculations are correct.

Feedback from our packaging expert is that the average height is ~2.61 mm, and the minimum is 2.46 mm.
