    HI,

    The error is indicating that the a  filesystem script, that was expected to be part of the filesystem could not be located.  There are a few reasons this could be occurring:

    1) The filesystem on the SD card, does not contain the file "/ti_fs/scripts/user.sh".   Please validate that the file is present on the SD card on the host machine.  If PSDK QNX installation steps are followed, expectation is that this file is present

    2) The SD card could not be mounted, and as such the file could not be found, as the filesystem is not accessible.   Assuming is that the QNX command prompt was still reached, could the output from below commands, when running command, please be provided:

    • pidin ar
    • ls -lR /proc/boot
    • ls -lR /ti_fs/

    Can be found on the SD card./scripts/user.sh,

    But could not find the ti_fs directory, I was completely following the manual to do the SD boot card

    Thanks for the information.

    The user.sh you have shown, is in the correct location.

    The SD card when mounted, should be mounted as "/ti_fs", such that the the path /ti_fs/scripts/user.sh, can be seen from the QNX command prompt, and/or seen by the build script in the IFS image.

    Can you please try running the below commands and provide the output.  

    slay -f devb-sdmmc-am65x 

    slog2info -c

    slog2info -w &

    devb-sdmmc-am65x blk noatime,cache=8M,automount=@/proc/boot/automount cam cache,async,quiet,pnp sdio addr=0x04fb0000,irq=36,timing=~sdr,bs=sscfg=0x8000:ldo=0x600000^117:pwrdev=/dev/i2c0 dos exe=all disk name=sd1

    sleep 1

    ls /ti_fs

    Expectation is that this would successfully mount the SD card and the /ti_fs path will be present. 

    If above command does not work then one additional test would be  to try would be to use a different SD card.

    If above command does work then this same command format can be used to replace the line in psdkqa/qnx/bsp/images/j721e-evm-ti-spl.build.   Note the addition of the "timing=~sdr", which will force the SD card to run at a lower speed.
