AM5726: Isolation

Part Number: AM5726

Hi

There is a board which doesn't proceed boot procedure correctly.

Customer are using Isolation when changing the pad settings of AM5726.

To do Isolation / DeIsolation, they implement the sequences which are described at  AM572xTechnicalReferenceManuel (18.4.6.1.7 Isolation Requirements).

The problem is, the bit corresponding to above step 7 does not change to 0.

Q#1: Could you let me know why the status of ISOCLK_STATUS doesn't change to 0 at STEP7?

What should we check to solve it?

Q#2:

I think that ISOCLK_STATUS of PRM_IO_PMCTRL [1] refers to ISOCLKOUT of Daisy-Chain of the following I / O.

Therefore, I guess the  reason why  the status of ISOCLK_STATUS doesn't change to 0 at STEP7, is because there is something wrong with the loop.

(Since this is only happened with a specific board and not with all. Therefore, I doubt that a specific device has gone wrong.)

How do you think about the above guess ?

 Thanks and Best regards,

HaTa
