Take TDA2SXBT as an example. After downloading the document published on the official website, the customer has the following questions.
1. Estimate the MTBF value, the number of failures is displayed as 0, so how to obtain this value?
2. The MTBF value is obtained through actual testing. In what state is the SoC obtained (normal/sleep/standby...)? Is there a safety mechanism and operation?
3. Is FIT estimated with reference to SN29500 or IEC 62380 standards? What is the difference between obtaining FIT through standards and obtaining FIT through tests?
4. TDA2SXBT trouble to continue to provide FMEDA/safety manual/safety analysis report related documents.
