AM5728: Need the Errata of PowerVR SGX544

Hi,

My customer needs the errata of PowerVR SGX544 on AM5728. Could you share it with them ?

The customer’s system has a problem in the field, and this problem has occurred at some their end-customer’s site from November last year.

Actually, they’re using Windows Embedded Compact 7, but they couldn’t get a support from the third party who provided it. Therefore, they’re debugging it by themselves.

The error (Data Abort) occurred during the initialization in OpenGL driver (eglCreateWindowSurface() function). After that, OpenGL couldn’t be used until power was restored. (SGX544 hang-up ?)

Therefore, they want to confirm the errata of SGX544.

Which Errata are you referring to?

On reading your question again I think this may be a software question in reality and not really an errata (which usually refers to the hardware).

Let us determine whether you are referring to software issue or errata?

If this is actually a software related question and one that concerns Windows Embedded Compact 7, then TI has not been involved developing this driver and therefore there isn't further discussion possible on this.

Let me please have your answers for the questions marked above.

Thank you for your reply. The customer found a bug in the graphic driver and could fix it. They don't see any failure for now.
