AM6548: On-chip ADC for Touch screen

In the On line user guide ADC chapter, only mentioned AM335x ADC use case, and currently no AM654x Board connect to ADC to touch screen, I am not sure whether current SDK support the ADC for touch screen usage?

how to use it? Is there a reference dts file?

Hi Tony,

If AM65x board doesn't integrate ADC then there is no way to test it with current SDK, so, I assume this is not supported in our SDK.

Please let me know what is the use case and HW you are trying to use ADC on?

understood we can't verify it on current TI board, but it is the device's peripheral, we should be able to support it

the project is a upgrade version from AM3352 to AM6528, remain feature of AM3352 as more as possible. so keep on using the on-chip ADC for Touch screen.

Tony, Shenghui,

I would request you to refer to the integration of the ADC Touch screen (DTS) on the AM335x and make the adaptations to the AM6528.

Since the EVM does not have this capability, we cannot find a way to support you directly on this and there is no plan to provide such a guide or reference material to migrate from AM335 to AM65.
