AM4378: Power Integrity - die capacitance

Hi Sir/Madam,

We are currently performing power integrity for our design using Am4378. We require the die capacitance and package capacitance to confirm the frequency that will be supported by the device to meet the target impedance other than the externally provided decaps.

If available please share the die capacitance and package capacitance.

Hi Amarnath,

Can you clarify which voltage rail you are specifically asking the on-die capacitance for?

The package capacitance should already be available in the IBIS model in the "Package Model" section at the bottom. You can check the appropriate net (based on BGA location) to find this value.
