TDA3LA: Bayer Processing App Note?

Hi Team,

Can you please answer the following customer questions?

  • Is there an app note about Bayer Processing (converting RAW Image to RGB565)?
  • Can TDA3 be used with RTOS only, without Linux?

  • What is the Max resolution for the hardware ISP because we have 12 Mega Pixel Camera?

    Hi Franz,

    I am sorry i did not get first question. there is an ISP module in TDA3x, which can be used to convert RAW to YUV/RGB. But it needs to be tuned. We have tuning tool, using which we can each module of the ISP.

    Yep, Linux is not supported on TDA3x, because TDA3x does not have ARM A-Core.

    The max line size supported in ISP is 2816 pixels. So could you please check if sensor supports line size, less than this?
