A similar app note is under development for Jacinto 7 Family of SoCs. Until it is released, please refer to the 10Lyr reference Design Power Integrity Analysis report (CDDS link given below). This report captures both the TDA4VM PI parameter recommendations and shows how our Ref Dsn meets each recommendation for all key power rails (shown below & in PIA report). The Dcap schemes used for each key power rail are aligned with both EVM SoM vE8 & Ref Dsn v1.0 SCHs. In addition, the PIA report has BOM tables included for easy reference (shown below & in PIA report).
Please be aware that each PCB design is unique and may need different Dcap scheme to meet recommended PI parameter targets. These Dcap BOMs shown below should be consider starting points for your PDN design that is highly dependent on your PCB design.
