TDA4VM: DSI app example? Location of CSITX example app?

We dont have CSITX example at SDK level, because EVM does not support. We have standalone example in OpenVX in the file ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-07_01_00_11\tiovx\kernels_j7\hwa\test\test_csitx_csirx.c. This would require additional card to connect TX to RX. But it can be used for reference. 

DSI output is supported in the SDK. We can enable DSI output in file ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-07_01_00_11\vision_apps\apps\basic_demos\app_tirtos\common\app_cfg_mcu2_0.h. But please note DSI output is supported only 1280x800 resolution and is tested only for one LCD.

As you said, We dont have CSITX example at SDK level, because EVM does not support. 

But I can see a directory in PSDKR v7.2/v7.3 : pdk_VERSION/packages/ti/drv/csitx/examples/csitx_transmit_test

So CSI_TX examples is added from PSDKR v7.2?

That example is at the driver level, it is a standalone example, not integrated. 

When i said SDK level, i meant there is no integrated example for CSITX.

The author was asking about any example, which is available in pdk or in tiovx. But there is no usecase.

We want to bring TDA4's camera stream to the 3rd party boards.

That's why I'm starting to learn MIPI DSI solution on TDA4VM.

What a kind of additional card? Can you supply the card's info like part number? We want to buy some.

It's a card or just a cable which mapping PINs from DSI FPC(J53) to CSI-RX(J52/J48) ?

This is internal card, so not possible to buy this card. 

If you have a way to connect CSITX to RX, yes, please try it.
