AM6442: VTM example

Dear TI,

I would like to examine the internal temperature of the SoC. Is there any example available dealing with VTM?

VTM register decription is missing from TRM SPRUIM2A – MAY 2020 – REVISED JANUARY 2021
Any idea?

Hi Paul,

I have found it here:

ti\psdk_am64x\rtos\pdk_am64x_07_02_01_11\packages\ti\csl\example\vtm\vtm_pvt_sensor_read

and could add the function to my code.
