I would like to ask if there is an internal non volatile memory which could be written by MCU R5F processor?

    Hi Piotr.

    Will writing to the external NOR flash serve your purpose?

    There are some registers which retain value over a warm reset but no internal memory as far as I know would be non-volatile.

    Can you tell me the use-case here?
