I am doing a design based on AM4372 and I need 1GB of RAM.
I have these two options:
Option 1-) 2 x 512MB 16bit ram chip (A0-A14,D0-D31)
Option 2-) 1 x 1GB 16bit ram chip (A0-A15,D0-D15)
Which option has the highest system speed?
Where can I find information on the subject?
I am right?
What are the speed implications if I use option 2 or 3?
