TDA4VM: Yocto SDK version and Kernel sdk version comptaiablity with 07.02.00.07 psdk release

The config file is present as part of the SDK that you have you download, please check under "SDK_INSTALL_DIR/configs"

Yes, the branch that you indicated is correct. However, if you install the SDK and navigate to the board-support/linux* directory, you will see the kernel version as 5.4.74. Future SDK's will move to the more recent kernel version such as 5.4.91 and beyond.
