Good day.
Do we have an alternative link to download the old version DSP/BIOS 5.31.09 Windows Installer? The download options on the link below did not go through and we have tried other browsers, but still the same.

Hello Carlo,
I was able to download the windows installer from the page you linked:
I just left clicked on the text "DSP/BIOS 5.31.09 Windows Install" and the download started. I tested on Chrome browser running on Windows 10.

One interesting thing that I noted: when I clicked on the link and the download started, it also automatically opened up an email to dsparchive@dlemail.itg.ti.com. Not sure if that could be causing problems for you:
