Does OMAP3, OMAP 4 provide CANbus ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3517, AM3505

Whilst I'm aware both the ARM Cortex A8 and A9 processors support CANbus, I was wondering if OMAP 3 and OMAP 4 support/provide access to the CANbus channels?

I've searched a lot of OMAP 3/4 documentation but I can't find a specific mention that either of them include the CANbus channels?

Neither the OMAP35xx class or OMAP4 devices have CAN peripherals integrated.

The AM3517 and AM3505 do have CAN peripherals integrated.

I'm guessing boards like beagle/panda have implemented CANbus via something like TI (VP230)?
