Is there any known limitation with the TDA4V Mid device concerning OSPI NOR Flash, especially with higher capacity devices?
The J721E uses MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AAT, however we would like to use a higher capacity chip. The memory device supplier confirms that the all their devices in this series also comply with the JEDEC xSPI standard.
