DRA821U: DRA821U qualified DDR and EMMC device list

All,

Customer is designing the DRA821U board and choosing the DDR and EMMC device. They wonder to know whether TI has a qualification list of DDR and EMMC. The current EVM used part is not easy to purchase during current IC shortage period.

Hi,

We do not provide a DRAM qualified list for DRA821U. The DRA821U is designed to be compatible with JEDEC compliant (JESD209-4B) DRAM memories.

how about the EMMC, also no qualified list? customer can choose w/o limited?

Yes that is correct. DRA821U is compatible with devices that are compliant to JEDEC eMMC v5.1 standards.
