The c6a816x stuff is all in the arago-git trees. You can rebuild everything with bitbake. The ezsdk does not cover how to re-generate the root filesystem ... it just has .tgz of kernel and u-boot. Arago uses the OpenEmbedded meta data but does not build its own toolchain, you have to use an external toolchain like CSL.
