I have an image sensor that gives me an LVDS output. Can I connect it to an AM1808 video input? How?

Have a look at the LVDS82 which will convert from LVDS to parallel CMOS, which should then be simple to connect to the AM1808 as long as the data format from your sensor is compatible.
