PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E: Data verification Error

We are using Jacinto 7 for our usecase.

As per the Processor SDK RTOS J721E document(https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-rtos-jacinto7/07_02_00_06/exports/docs/psdk_rtos/docs/user_guide/ccs_setup_j721e.html), we setup the EVM and CCS. We are trying to execute Hello World program in the board. The .out file is created after building. When we are trying to load the .out file, it shows Load Program Failed and data verification error like below. Why this error is occurring and how to solve this error?

Hi,

Are you using launch,js script to initialize all components in the soc?

On which core are you trying to load this binary?

Yes we are using launch.js to initialize the components.

Could you pls check if DDR initialization is complete and successful?

Also can you try placing your section to msmc memory?

In the below diagram, we selected DMSC_Cortex_M3_0 core. But we are trying to load the program in c7x core. Is this correct or we have to select c7x core in this step?

DDR initialization is complete and successful.

How to change section to msmc memory?

Hi,

It should be in your linker command file. please try redirecting all sections to msmc in linker command file.
