We are planned for new product PDA. It has following features.

1.    Linux Operating System based PDA.
2.    Monochrome graphic LCD.
3.    Alphanumeric keypad.
4.    USB host and device port s.
5.    GPS and GSM .
6.    Data Flash memory – 8 to 16 GB.

I selected part AM1705. Is it suitable to our requirement. Can you suggest a better part.
We require readily available BSP, kernel , device drivers and GUI library. We require support from you.

I don't think AM1705 has readily available support for items #3, #5 and #6 on your list, so AM1705 might not be a good fit for your application.

I would recommend looking at SmartPhone application page, http://focus.ti.com/docs/solution/folders/print/394.html. It is very similar to your application, and it contains white papers and app notes to help in creating the application. It also suggests some processors that would fit your requirements.
