TDA4VM: What's the difference between ivi-shell and desktop-shell on weston ?

At a high level, the desktop-shell is the default on the Weston was developed for basic enablement and lacks a few features - such as positioning, resize, APIs for movement among others.

The IVI-shell was developed to address these short comings and add more features.

Note that both of these are mutually exclusive and the TI SDK has enablement for both to act as a starting point for customers to build on top.
