POP memory for OMAP3530

Hi All,

Can anybody suggest the most suitable POP memory( 2Gb Flash/2Gb SDRAM or 4Gb Flash/4Gb SDRAM) for OMAP3530DCBB72(515 pin BGA) available in market.

Below mentioned are the part numbers for Micron PoP Memory:

2g:2g PoP assembly has been successfully implemented on Mistral OMAP3EVM.

As you mention, MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6 IT`works fine on omap3evm, do you know anybody uses MT29C4G96MAZAPCJG-5 IT?

We have a omap3evm based board with MT29C4G96MAZAPCJG-5 IT, everything is OK except suspend/resume. Are you aware of any issues

related to this chip?
