I am using the Jacinto7 EVM and I am asking how I can generate a PWM signal with a changing frequency.

I am using the following Linux + RTOS 07_02_00 SDK.

Mohamed,

Can you describe your use case in more detail? Do you want to change the duty cycle or the frequency? If the frequency, you will need to stop the clock and reconfigure the clock divider to make the update.

What application I can use ?

Mohamed,

To help assist you better, what is the frequency range you intend to run with? What are the desired starting frequency and ending frequency?

The frequencies that I want go from 20Mhz to 80Mhz. is this possible?

Mohamed,

You can change the clock divider to modify the frequency for the PWM signal you are using.
