TDA4VM: viss node on other cores

VISS1 as a target means VISS HW. it runs or is controlled by default on mcu2_0 core. 

I guess you mean you want to move viss to another core. 

ViSS alone cannot be moved to another core. We need to move entire VPAC to another core.
