Is it correct to recognize that doing an eMMC boot using SBL is not officially supported by all SDK versions?
Do you have any plans to officially support it in the future?

Hi Hanzo,

Yes, eMMC is not supported and no plans to add it.

SD, OSPI, UART are the supported boot modes.

Customers usually use the SD as the reference and implement the eMMC boot modes.
