There's a discrepancy in the data sheet.
Table 3-34 Unused RTC Signal Configuration says to connect RTC_CVDD to CVDD.
Section 5.2 Recommended Operating Conditions says that RTC_CVDD should have a 1.2V nominal voltage.
In the case of a 456 MHz device we will have CVDD = 1.3V (max 1.35V).
I believe we need to make one of the following changes:
- For unused RTC connect RTC_CVDD to 1.2V (rather than CVDD). - OR -
- In Recommended Operating Conditions perhaps we need to have 2 different specs, e.g. like RVDD
Can someone please confirm which is correct? Bottom line, for unused RTC should I connect RTC_CVDD to 1.2V or 1.3V when using a 456 MHz device?
