i buy  a TMS320C6211BGFN150 3.0, but i notice the pin number is different with datasheet, more than 256, what`s those addition pin use for? test pin?

    The package has an 20x20 pin array which, if fully populated would equal 400 pins. However, there is a 12x12 void in the center which is equivalent to 144 pins. This means that (400-144) only 256 pins are populated 

    Looking at the datasheet, all 256 pins are defined in the Terminal Functions section of the datasheet.
